しかも、～に加えて
英英辞典には
used when you want to emphasize something that you are adding to a list とありました。
色々あげた上で、しかもどこれも！と追加して言いたい時に使えます 
本文では
Leonardo DiCaprio has reportedly purchased a $10 million New York apartment with some rather plush (not to mention healthy) features.
と、カッコ内に追加として使われていましたね。
Australia can offer great nature, Kangaroos, not to mention beautiful wines.
オーストラリアには素晴らしい自然にカンガルー、しかも美味しいワインもある
ちゃっかりオーストラリアの宣伝も兼ねて・・・
But this is true!
② splash out
派手に（お金を）使う、ぜいたくに使う
splashは飛び散る、まき散らすなどの意味ですが、splash out だとお金をぜいたくに使うという意味になります。
本文では
The Wolf of Wall Street actor has splashed out on a two bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom apartment…
と使われていました。
他には
Some people splash out $50,000 on their honeymoon.
ハネムーンに派手に５万ドルも使っちゃう人もいるよね
など派手にお金を使った～と言いたい時にどうぞ
